You were the salt of the earth, a good, honest and hard working man with talent, purpose with an awesome array of people from all walks of life, in your life, a great reflection of a life well lived. I am certain that many others will join me in raising a glass in your memory. Rest in Peace my friend. The world is a lesser place without you.

Sincere condolences to Judy and David's family at this very sad time from my Dad Peter and myself. David was a kind and good friend to my Dad and he will be very much missed.
